Players need to be controlling the ball with one touch then turning and making an accurate pass with the other foot. The foot should cushion the ball as it is in the air when it comes so that it does not bounce off the foot and go out of the box.

The most accurate pass will be with the side foot after making the turn from a good first touch.

The target players also need a good first touch to control the pass from the working player.

Players need to be proactive and work together to cover the space and force opposition attackers away from their target.

Clear communication between defenders is required.
