Passes should be firmly hit with the side foot and kept on the ground.Try to encourage one touch passing except when going to shoot.

Listen out for the call of the coach and move at speed to get to the other square and continue passing. If players are not running you can dock them a point to make them move quickly.

One touch passing is key to playing one twos to play around a defender, and here the players are passing and moving with one touch play. To make it easier for team mates the ball should be played to the player's stronger foot to make one touch easier.
