In this warm up the players dribble, pass then move to receive the ball. It helps with balance and agility before a game

Coaching Objectives

Moving after the pass is a key part of a possession game. If players pass then do not move to support the pass it leads to moves breaking down.

 

Drill Setup

  • 10 x 10 y

What the Players Do

Set up a cone at one end and another cone facing it 10 yards away. Players work in threes. One player stands on the cones at each side of the area and one player works. The working player dribbles…
