This stretching warm up straight out of the Premier League pre-match work outs involves sprinting, bending and jumping.

Coaching Objectives

Main objective is to make passes at the right speed and accuracy to keep possession and to get the ball forward into key players.

Keep an eye on the speed and especially the timing of the ball and that players don’t lose control of it.
