This session is designed to allow players the opportunity to practice the technical components of their 1v1 defending
Coaching Objectives
This activity will provide players with the opportunity to integrate the principles of 1v1 defending and make good decisions around when to look to win the ball, and when to look to block passing lanes.
Players with the ball will have to use creativity to try and score, and lose the defender in tight areas.
