In this session players are keeping possession in different overloads for a good workout in moving the ball and moving position to make it easier to find a pass. We end with the idea that when the ball is lost it should be won back in 6 seconds

The main goals of this drill are to improve players' passing accuracy, first touch, and decision-making in tight spaces. Players will learn to maintain possession under pressure while developing spatial awareness and effective communication.
