Difficulty

Working in overloads helps to recreate the type of situations that occur during games and helps the coach to work on tactics associated with a counter attacking style of play. Teams must win the ball through pressing and then counter attack.

In this 2v2 defenders are trying to use combination play to get around high pressing attackers if the attackers win the ball they counter attack with the target player.
