Reacting to saving a shot or catching the ball is the second phase for a goalkeeper. This session gets keepers to distribute after they save.

Coaching Objectives

Quickly setting up attacks when the ball has been saved is a key goalkeeping job. They can catch out slow movement by opposition attackers if they distribute quickly.

In the area, you need 5-yard channels on each side.
