When goalkeepers are finding it difficult to catch the ball a two-fisted punch is a good way to clear the ball.

Coaching Objectives

Punching the ball is a great way to clear it, it should be punched with height and distance – your keeper shouldn't punch back to the opposition or out of play.

Set up a mannequin 5 yards from goal and a server behind the mannequin with few balls.
