Coaching Objectives
The most effective press is done as a unit, when your side is able to force the opposition into errors, opening opportunities for your team. It then requires speed and accuracy to take advantage of these chances.
- Beginner: Allow more touches per player and reduce the number of passes required before passing to Player A.
- Intermediate: Limit the number of touches to two per player and keep the 10-pass requirement.
- Advanced: Introduce a second floating player to increase passing options and defensive challenges.
