Coaching Objectives

X1 player at each end of the practice with the other 2 placed inside. 

Put a cross with flat markers inside the area, ask players to ‘try and be in a different box to their teammate’. 

Balls placed around the area for quick restarts.
Work for 90seconds and then swap inside players for outside.
