Whether it is a clean right footed strike or it cannons off your backside, it's a goal. They all count for one. Encourage your forward to get any part of their body they can on the ball and if it hits the target, it has a chance. I repeat the same phrase to forwards every week "I'm never worried about forwards that miss chances, we only worry about forwards who don't get any".

Forwards should be pro active and always be expecting the unexpected. Examples of this are defender missing the ball or a GK dropping a catch. If the CF is already in place when these things occur they will ensure every mistake is punished.
