This drill gets players to master the basic skills such as body shape when receiving the ball and passing through the thirds into attack.
We are looking for support and movement with rotation of players.
Split into three zones with two outer zones of 15 yards and an inner zone of 10 yards. In the first zone there are 3 possession players and 1 pressing player, in the middle zone 2 possession and 1 defender and just a possession player in the end zone.
