There was Carabao Up glory for Marcus Rashford at Manchester United in February – the striker has been outstanding this season, and has found his scoring boots once again. So get this message over to your strikers... you don't need to be super fast to beat a defender and create space to shoot at goal. A good striker just needs to create a yard of space to work in and that can be the difference between scoring and not being able to get a shot away.

Rashford uses clever movement ot test his opponent favouring dropping deep and receiving possession wide before dribbling towards goal attacking the penalty area at an angle. Here he works himself space to shoot or to dart on the outside.

Rashford also creates from deep if he cant find the space to get in behind, dragging defenders and allowing his team mates to create space where Rashford can find them with a pass.
